Remote Desktop Support

In order to provide you with the absolute best support possible, we use a program called CrossLoop to access your computer over the internet. This is a safe, small file and we can only access your computer with your permission and supervision.

This is a great way for us to give you a tutorial and support should you need it.

To install CrossLoop on your computer, follow the simple instructions on the CrossLoop Download Page. You will not need to set up an account.

After installation is complete, run the CrossLoop program.

• Click “Skip” in the lower right-hand corner

  

  If this is not your first time using CrossLoop, you might see an ad displayed. Click “Close” to bypass the advertisement.

  

• Click on the “Share Tab”

  

• Call RapidBike USA Support at 516.314.9230 with your CrossLoop Access Code ready
• Give your CrossLoop Access Number to the Rapid Bike USA Technician and hit “Connect”

  

• You might have to hit “OK” to a Windows security message
• You will then see a message asking to allow Rapid Bike USA access to your machine. Click “Yes” to allow access.

  

Now we’re in charge.
Sit back and watch the mouse move!
The Tutorial, Diagnostics or Tuning can now begin.
