RapidBike 1 Module Injection
The Rapid Bike 1 Module manages the Injection Mapping directly by acting between the original ECU and the Fuel Injectors.
- It can adjust the amount of fuel injected into each cylinder depending on the number of engine revolutions and the Throttle Position.
- On Two Cylinder motorcycles it can also allow each cylinder to be mapped individually or you may elect for two individual maps that can be selected by the optional RB map switch.
- Acting directly on the injection signal, Rapid Bike can manage it with a percentage ranging from -100% to +100% on an adjustable 8-column Throttle Position and 30 lines for the RPM values.
- The delay on the original injection signal is only 8-15µS.
- The Rapid Bike 1 Module additionally offers an adjustable accelerator pump, optional quick shifters, a map per cylinder for two-cylinder twins and a 2-map switch for quad or scooters enabling the switching of 2 custom maps on the fly.
RapidBike 2 Module Injection advance and/or limiter management
The injection function is the same as RB1.
We offer 2 versions:
Injection and Ignition Adjustability
- The Rapid Bike 2 Module acts between crank sensor position (Hall Sensor) and the original ECU, it allows adjustment of the ignition curve. You can advance or retard the ignition signal by throttle position and RPM with a percentage ranging from -10 ° (retard) to +10 ° (advance). There is an 8-column table for throttle positions and 30 lines for the RPMs.
- In the software you can edit and vary the values of throttle position and RPMs. In this way you have complete flexibility to tune the ignition for best performance.
REV limiter control
- The Rapid Bike 2 Module intercepts the injection signal and modifies it according to the parameters of extending the REV limiter up to +1200rpm. (Not Available on limited Applications)
- The Rapid Bike 2 Module also has a function for pit-lane RPM management
RapidBike 3 Module injection – complete ignition adjust-ability – 2 map set up with advanced memory for user defined channels
- The injection function is the same as The Rapid Bike 1 Module above.
- The ignition modifications allow -10 ° (retard) to +10 ° (advance) with the advanced opportunity to set different sensitivity levels of the hall signal through the Rapid Bike Pro Software. This feature enables exact optimal tuning.
- The RPM limiter management control allows you to add up to 1200 RPMs depending upon model of motorcycle before the engine will cut out.
- Multiple map set-up 4 injection maps and 1 ignition map in multiple configurations:
- One injection map per cylinder plus one advance map
- One injection map for cylinders 1-4 and one for cylinders 2-3 plus one advance map
- One injection map for cylinders 1-3 and one for cylinders 2-4 plus one advance map
- Double set of ignition injection maps (set1: injection1 advance1; set2: injection2 advance2) which can be selected on the fly by an included handlebar switch. Each map configuration may have a different RPM limiter setting.
- It also has a function for pit-lane RPM management.
- It can communicate with the RB-O2 Lambda Modulator through a DLL channel to obtain a precise managing of the stock ECU preventing logic looping and rough running. Using this Rapid Bike RB-02 Modulator will allow total open loop tuning on the Euro 3 ECUs.

This Evolution in Tuning Module Technology works simultaneously on the injection values and on the O2 Sensor’s signal, maintaining a balance of performance over time.

RB-O2 modulator – add-on module for O2 sensors signal modulator
- The RB-O2 manages the signal from the original stock lambda probe/o2 sensor (will accommodate 1 or 2 sensors) by communication between the RB-02 and the stock ECU. It also reads, processes and generates the signal to the original ECU. The result is a stoichiometrical ratio more favorable for the engine and its application. This enables a smooth fluid powerful delivery of what your engine is capable of.
- The RB-02 automatically communicates with the Rapid Bike 3 to achieve the best performance at any revolution/throttle position.
