Lambda/o2 Eliminator

How it works: The Rapid Bike Lambda/o2 eliminators (see example in picture) lock the electric circuit of the lambda probe, by a specific resistance determined by the applications needs indicating its presence.
It will not cause any fault light. It enables the Rapid Bike Mapping to be the resident mapping and not be overwritten by the stock ECU. They are specifically limited to EURO2 ECU applications. With this Rapid Bike Eliminator you have tune Full Open Loop Tuning!

The Rapid Bike Lambda/o2 Emulators (see example in picture) are microprocessors and constantly monitor the LAMBDA SIGNAL and communicates with the stock EURO 3 ECU and eliminates and anomalies. With this Rapid Bike Emulator you have tune Full Open Loop Tuning!

Funnctions: Type 1-2-3: they allow using Racing exhaust systems without Lambda/o2 sensor., which is eliminated by the system for competitive use and they avoid, in some cases, any anomalies identified by the ECU. Indeed the warning light on the instrument panel turns on and a more highly round power supply at very low speed is ensured (between 1,800 and 3,500 rpm from 0 to 20% tps).

Type 4 or higher: beside what above-mentioned for types 1-2-3, they are essential to regulate the functioning also at constant regimes where the lambda probe would compromise the performance increase due to the application of the Rapid Bike control unit in the system.

When there are modifications to the engine, the use of performance filters and Full performance exhaust systems the Lambda /o2 sensor must be removed and electronically replaced to tune optimally for performance and proper engine function.

Electronic gear activation sensor

How it works: when the foot is applied to the gear lever it is activated to engage a higher gear, it sends a signal to the Rapid Bike Module that cuts thel injection sequence or, with double injection, the phase signal sequence. It will cause an immediate power drop cut-out allowing the selector to engage the next gear and restore full power at once. The delay is in micro seconds and it is adjustable.

Functions: remarkable increase in racing performance with elimination the normal shift sequence. The change is immediate! This accessory can be applied to all the Rapid Bike wiring harnesses with the provided software, it is possible to regulate all the parameters for optimal quick-shifting.

The Rapid Bike electronic gear A.R.S.. (Anti-Repeat Shifter) is implemented. Avoiding any repetition of the gear shift (cut-off and shift) if the foot remainson the gear lever activating the gear switch.

Handle-Horn Button Power-Shifter Control or Pit Lane Rev Limiter

This very simple wire harness is connected to the horn button either a Power-Shifter Control or Pit Lane Rev Limiter actuation.

2 Map Handlebar map selector

How it works: the selector sends a signal to the Rapid Bike Module # 1 for the Quads or to the Rapid Bike Module # 3. With the RB1 it switched between two different injection maps. With the RB3 between 2setups (two maps) Injection1 – Ignition 1 & Ignition 2 and Injection 2. 

Functions: With the RapidBike control unit 3, by moving the selector from position 1 to position 2 or viceversa, the fine-tuning predetermined in the Rapid Bike module is modified. It allows using two setups to get a higher optimization both on track and on the road, by preparing an alternative set. For example, you can set it for Dry or Wet tracks, Cruse or Race mapping and many other multi-map applications.

With the Rapid Bike control unit 1, with the quads / atv, by moving the selector from position 1 to position 2 or viceversa, the read injection map is modified, to always get the best fine-tuning, for example with or without db-killer at the exhaust system.

Rapid Bike module excluding adapter

How it works: by means of the adapter, it can be plugged into the RapidBike Wire Harness for removal of the Rapid Bike Module. It then returns the bike to stock ECU settings. This is also good for Baseline Dyno Runs in the tuning process.

Functions: by disconnecting the RB control unit 1-2 o 3 and by connecting the adapter to the RB wiring, it is possible to carry out comparison tests on original and RB module motorbikes to check the performances both on the dynamometer and on track. It is also possible to test the corresponding wiring part in the event of breakdowns.
